In this role, you will provide maintenance and repair support across multiple commercial properties. We are looking for someone who is dependable, skilled in troubleshooting, and comfortable working independently while providing quality service to our customers and facilities. Why Join IFS? Qualifications:

1 -2 years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance or a similar role Commercial HVAC troubleshooting experience High school diploma or GED required Technical trade school or relevant vocational training preferred Required certifications applicable to the position Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Professional appearance and conduct Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation Pas a drug and background screen Ability to safely use hand tools and basic diagnostic/test equipment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work on rooftops more than two stories high.
