Job Description

Job Summary We are actively seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment, presses, dies, and supporting electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Job Responsibilities Service and maintain automated manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and repair automated machinery Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment failures Perform maintenance and repair on mechanical and hydraulic ram presses Troubleshoot proximity sensors, servo motors, production cameras, PLCs, and related electrical components Troubleshoot and repair air cylinders, solenoid switches, flow control valves, and other pneumatic components Perform general die maintenance and bench work Read blueprints and technical drawings to support maintenance and repair activities Support machining-related repair activities as required Provide maintenance support across manufacturing processes and shifts Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment Support equipment uptime, production quality, and manufacturing safety requirements Document maintenance and repair activities as required Job Requirements High school diploma required 5 years of technician or maintenance experience preferred Experience with automated machine repair Experience with either machining or electrical troubleshooting Knowledge of general die mechanics and bench work Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings Experience troubleshooting automated machinery Experience troubleshooting mechanical and hydraulic ram presses Electrical troubleshooting experience involving proximity sensors, servo motors, production cameras, and PLCs Pneumatic troubleshooting experience involving air cylinders, electric and air solenoid switches, and flow control valves Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to waist Ability to work in accordance with department safety rules and manufacturing safety requirements Preferred Skills Tool & Die Journeyman certification Electrical Journeyman certification Tool & Die technical training Electrical maintenance certification Experience with connector manufacturing equipment Experience supporting high-volume automated manufacturing processes Experience performing mechanical bench work Experience with machining operations Experience troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical equipment #GRP2 Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
