Our facility offers a clean, organized, and climate-controlled work environment designed to support employee comfort, safety, and productivity. What You'll Do Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, small presses, laminators and related production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control system issues Repair and maintain injection molds, tooling, fixtures, and associated components Perform mold change support and assist with machine setups as needed Inspect equipment and identify worn or defective parts requiring replacement Read and interpret blueprints, equipment manuals, electrical schematics, and technical drawings Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and preventative maintenance schedules Assist with continuous improvement projects to improve equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency Build and maintain an organized maintenance shop structure and spare parts inventory Help implement and maintain an electronic maintenance software system (CMMS) What We're Looking For Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize maintenance tasks in a fast-paced production environment. Understanding of preventative maintenance programs. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Experience with injection molding equipment and molds Experience working with small presses, automated assembly equipment, or manufacturing machinery Why Join Lenzip?
