Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals for a Maintenance Technician. Successful candidates will become a part of a fast-growing company, offering a challenging work environment. Candidates will have the opportunity to grow and progress their skills within the company.
Overview :
Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring upkeep and repair of equipment, including PMs, troubleshooting, and other maintenance as needed. Also will assist in project work for the betterment of Allegheny Coatings' manufacturing operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot and repair all equipment and plant facilities, including PLC and electrical PLC/Controls programming Perform required equipment and facilities preventative maintenance Fill in for other maintenance personal on all shifts when needed Assist in training of new personnel Perform and follow all Company Safety procedures, including Lockout Tagout Other assigned projects as needed
DESIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES
Electrical assembly and troubleshooting techniques Electrical print reading PLC troubleshooting techniques Understanding and operation of all equipment and production Ability to operate torches and welding equipment Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics Working knowledge and experience with all hand and power tools Working knowledge of Robots (Fanuc) Mechanical ability to build and repair equipment Troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical failures Experience with electrical circuitry Ability to operate all fork lifts
GROWTH/LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES AND ONSITE/HANDS ON FIELD TRAINING
Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical skills (welding, torches, plasma cutter, pipe fitting, millwrighting, conduit running, wire pulling)

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
