Job Summary We are looking for an experienced 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to support plant operations by completing preventive maintenance, responding to equipment issues, and handling facility repairs that arise during the shift. This position will receive daily job assignments from the Maintenance Manager. This is a 2nd Shift Position Key Responsibilities Complete preventive maintenance on equipment as scheduled. Repair equipment issues that arise during 2nd shift. Blow out forklifts and assist with general equipment upkeep. Handle after-hours repairs for the front office, including updating office lighting to LED. Respond to facility maintenance needs, including plumbing issues. Assist during winter weather with plowing and salting sidewalks. Communicate maintenance needs, completed work, and follow-up items to the Maintenance Manager. Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues safely and efficiently. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Experience working with 240V and 480V 3-phase electrical systems. Basic knowledge of electrical, lighting, plumbing, and general facility repair work. Ability to work independently during 2nd shift and prioritize urgent maintenance needs. Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to assist in other maintenance duties as needed.
