Job description We are seeking a reliable and experienced Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain and repair rental properties. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and able to work independently across multiple maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include:

Completing unit turns between tenants Performing minor plumbing repairs Repairing drywall and painting interiors Changing locks and handling basic door hardware repairs Installing appliances Performing basic electrical work Completing preventive maintenance as needed Responding to maintenance needs in a timely and professional manner Maintaining clean, safe, and functional rental units
