We might be the home for you! Muesing Management is a locally owned and operated property management company. We have 18 apartment communities in Indianapolis and its surrounding areas. We strive to create the most comfortable living experience for our residents. All team members are expected to help us continue that journey. We are seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join us at St. Andrews Apartments in Greenwood, IN. In this position, you will work under the general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and will be responsible for maintaining the property and all its facilities.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the community meet the company's established standards for safety, appearance, and operation. Including walking the grounds each day and picking up and trash/debris. Managing an ongoing community preventative maintenance and improvement program, then accurately documenting and updating records of preventative maintenance. Completing all resident work orders/requests in the time and frame and quality standards set forth by Management- Complying with the company's and the community's operating and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of experience working in the multi-family setting Candidate must be proficient in the following: HVAC repair and EPA certified (minimum Type II required), all other aspects of apartment and building maintenance Effective written/verbal communication skills A positive customer service attitude Strong administrative and organizational skills Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize wisely Must have reliable transportation and own tools. Must have the ability to be on-call May be required to work at an apartment community other than primary assignment (per request of management)Benefits Include:
