JOB DESCRIPTION
2nd shift: Mon-Fri 3 - 11 PM Starting pay is dependent on an assessment ($25.70 - $35.16/hr) + $1/hr differential Benefits start day one! Job Summary The Maintenance Technician performs maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and diagnostics across mechanical and electrical systems. This role supports continuous improvement and reliability initiatives. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes Perform electrical panel work and wiring (up to 480V supervised) Conduct intermediate PLC diagnostics with ability to connect with PLC Fabricate and weld components (MIG/Stick) Maintain HVAC systems Calibration of sensors and instrumentation Plumbing repair and installation (Black iron pipe, PVC, Pneumatic tubing) Conduct lubrication, cleaning and visual inspections Follow safety protocols including LOTO and PPE requirements Qualifications Associate degree or technical certification preferred 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience In depth knowledge of hand and power tools Proficiency in reading ladder logic and using diagnostic tools Ability to work independently and mentor junior technicians Time management and reliability Preferred Skills Intermediate PLC diagnostics with ability to connect with PLC Experience with VFDs, hydraulics, and root cause analysis Intermediate HVAC, plumbing and welding Intermediate mechanical and electrical troubleshooting Intermediate hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting Strong reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics Strong documentation and reporting abilities Initiative and problem-solving mindset Become part of our team!
