Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, appliances, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances across our facilities. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure continuous operation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to appliance repair, HVAC & refrigeration systems, and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances, HVAC systems, and mechanical equipment following safety protocols and manufacturer specifications. Conduct repairs on air conditioning units, HVAC/R systems, and other mechanical components to restore optimal functionality. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used; utilize maintenance management software effectively. Operate company vehicles safely for on-site service calls or equipment transport as needed. Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects and improve operational efficiency across facilities. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC & appliance technology for troubleshooting and repairs. Hands-on experience with appliance installation, kitchen equipment maintenance, and equipment repair. Mechanical knowledge related to construction experience or mechanical systems is highly desirable. Ability to operate company vehicles safely in compliance with traffic laws and safety standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Strong understanding of maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), air conditioning systems (HVAC), and HVAC/R technology.
