Pinpoint defective components, determine causes, and restore optimal operation. Follow on-shift Maintenance Supervisor direction to meet production needs. Conduct daily walk-through inspections to identify emerging issues. Complete run-time and down-time PMs to prevent failures. Record time and task details by completing work orders. Assist with troubleshooting production process challenges as needed. Maintain clean, organized work areas, including tools and toolbox. Provide timely verbal and written status updates to supervisors, operators, and staff. Foster a team-first environment across departments. Work safely at all times—comply with LOTO, Arc Flash, Confined Space, and Environmental policies. Respond quickly to internal and external customer requests. Do you meet the requirements?
