Compensation:
$28.00 to $45.00 per hour, commensurate with your background We are currently looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to support our expanding operations at a prominent manufacturing facility in Richmond, Indiana. If you possess a passion for resolving complex equipment challenges, managing mechanical and electrical systems, and ensuring seamless production workflows, we invite you to apply. Core Responsibilities Identify, resolve, and fix issues with production machinery and systems. Execute proactive and scheduled maintenance tasks to keep equipment in top shape. Analyze and rectify malfunctions involving pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical components. Replace or install industrial hardware such as pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, and motors. Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to guide your work. Support the team by contributing to facility upgrades and ongoing optimization initiatives. Execute necessary welding and metal fabrication tasks. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all established protocols. Maintain precise records of all completed repairs and maintenance tasks. Required Qualifications Background in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in diagnosing both electrical and mechanical systems. Hands-on experience with industrial machinery, including motors, conveyors, and fluid power systems. Capability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams. Bonus points for expertise in PLC diagnostics, fabrication, and welding. Ability to work autonomously while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere. Help uphold high standards of quality and safety for the entire facility.
