Reser's Fine Foods, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift in our fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This role ensures reliable operation of production and packaging lines through troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. You'll diagnose equipment issues, perform adjustments and rebuilds, and support installations and changeovers while following strict safety, GMP, and food-safety standards. Working collaboratively with production teams, you'll help minimize downtime, document work performed, and contribute to continuous improvement in a safety-focused, family-founded environment. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment for 2nd shift operations Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime Inspect, adjust, and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, and related systems Follow safety, GMP, and food-safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout procedures Document maintenance work, parts usage, and findings in the maintenance system Collaborate with production and sanitation teams to schedule and complete repairs Support installation, startup, and modification of machinery and equipment Participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement activities Required Skills Industrial equipment maintenance Mechanical repair Electrical troubleshooting PLC and controls basics Preventive maintenance Pneumatics and hydraulics Welding and fabrication Reading technical schematics CMMS/maintenance documentation Lockout/Tagout safety
