Overview We are looking for a proactive and energetic Production Manager for our manufacturing plant. In this role, you will oversee daily production operations, ensure quality standards are met, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about manufacturing excellence and has a strong background in plant management and supply chain processes. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our standards and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities Manage daily production operations to meet production goals and timelines. Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency. Oversee quality control processes to ensure product standards are met. Coordinate with supply chain management for effective inventory control. Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production workflows. Train and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork. Collaborate with other departments to align production with overall business objectives. Requirements Proven experience in production management within the food industry or similar sectors. Strong knowledge of plant management and operations management principles. Familiarity with quality control standards and practices. Ability to implement lean manufacturing techniques effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively. Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues. •Pay rate based on experience and qualifications
