Perfect — we're looking for a skilled Deck Installer to join the team at Graber Outdoors . You'll be building decks of all shapes and sizes — from simple to "wow" — using your tools, talent, and eye for detail. If you take pride in your work, know your way around a blueprint, and don't mind a little sawdust, let's talk.

What You'll Be Doing:

Install composite decks, stairs, railings, and all the hardware that holds it together Read plans and make them reality — safely, precisely, and with solid craftsmanship Spot issues, make fixes, and keep things level (literally and professionally) Clean up the site so it looks better than when you got there

What We're Looking For:

Comfortable with power tools, hand tools, and hard work Able to read blueprints and follow plans Physically strong, safety-minded, and ready to work outdoors in any weather Good with people, better with problem-solving Valid driver's license required Can work independently and play well with others
