Job Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance work on a daily basis Prepares resident rooms for new occupants by painting, cleaning carpets and general maintenance Conduct daily inspections of the building interior, exterior, and ground equipment Maintain, plan, and implement preventative maintenance program
