Inspects vacated apartments and completes checklists in regard to make-ready. Informs Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager of needed general services and repairs. Routinely performs tasks in accordance to company standards outlined on the make ready checklist. Ensure service requests are completed timely and in accordance with company standards. Diagnose problems and assist with repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structure, and appliance. Enhance and maintain curb appeal by way of assisting in keeping grounds clean at all times. Maintain the required uniform and ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Provide highest quality of customer service to residents and guests. Maintain a professional courteous manner with all supplier partners, residents and employees. Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures and state and federal laws regarding fair housing, OSHA and ADA. Operate within safety policies at all times. Performs other tasks as assigned by Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED preferred Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license Must meet all physical requirements.Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on call as needed and snow removal during winter seasonWORKING CONDITIONS
Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock. There will be a frequent need to work in awkward and confining positions. Physical Demands Constant need to be standing on feet, bending/stoop/squat/kneel, climb stairs, push or pull, reach above shoulder level, climb ladders, grasp/grip and finger dexterity to handle tools and equipment.
