What You Will Achieve In this role, you will: Serve as a key resource and possibly lead lower levels within your area of expertise, recognized as a "LEAD" or "Subject Matter Expert". Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) High School Diploma or GED 6+ years of experience Demonstrated aptitude in basic mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation skills along with problem-solving techniques. A solid understanding of industry practices and standards, as well as basic mathematics. Familiarity with general trades such as construction, electrical, and machine shop work. Well-developed time management and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements): Bachelor's Degree Understanding of Pharma Utility systems and operations. Advanced certifications in relevant technical fields. Experience with advanced diagnostic tools and techniques. Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity.
