Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:

• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of equipment and facilities
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Fabricate and weld components as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
• Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders
• Assist with maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Skilled in using hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
