Job Description
Currently seeking a hardworking and detail oriented individual for our open Maintenance Technician position in the Shawnee, KS area. This individual will be responsible and accountable for providing maintenance and customer service to our residents. Experience in general apartment maintenances, including basic plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and drywall. Technician must have HVAC certification (Type I or II are acceptable), experience working on HVAC, and own tools. Must be willing to be on call rotation schedule Job Requirement for
