A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.

To help us drive excellence, you'll get to: Be capable of troubleshooting and repairing mechanical breakdowns of equipment using PC/PLC ladder logic. Allen Bradley experience is preferred. Be skilled in troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Adhere to all safety requirements i.e., lockout procedures, confined space, etc. This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Maintenance team and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Required experience:
Ability to manipulate and modify robot programs (ABB, Fanuc, preferred) Experience with mechanical or hydraulic presses is a plus. Ability to work independently, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
