Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Industrial Maintenance Technician. This role is essential in ensuring the continuous, efficient, and safe operation of industrial equipment and systems within our facility. The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of experience and will possess comprehensive technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems, with a strong focus on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot complex electrical issues using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and analysis skills. Diagnose and repair electrical systems including low voltage controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and industrial wiring configurations. Conduct equipment troubleshooting for mechanical failures involving industrial mechanics, precision measuring instruments, welding (stick welding), and equipment repair. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule work orders and track repairs. Read electrical blueprints and schematics to facilitate effective repairs and installations. Support engineering troubleshooting efforts by analyzing system failures and recommending corrective actions. Conduct welding tasks as needed to repair or fabricate parts using appropriate techniques. Assist with the installation of new machinery or upgrades while adhering to safety standards. Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
