Maintenance Technician - Full-Time Position Available Homeland Inc. is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This full-time role involves performing interior and exterior maintenance, upkeep tasks, and other duties as needed for apartment complexes located in Frankfort, KY.

Schedule:

40 hours per week, with potential on-call responsibilities as needed after hours/ weekends. Will run with lead tech with possibility of becoming a lead tech in future. This will be a position managed by the

Maintenance Department Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs on apartment buildings and property grounds. Conduct basic fixes to equipment and building systems to ensure functionality and cleanliness. Utilize hand and electrical tools safely and efficiently. Read and interpret technical manuals and drawings, following directions accurately. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

Reliability and attention to detail are essential. Some maintenance experience and technical knowledge preferred. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems (preferred but not required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be dependable—a company work vehicle will be provided for transportation. No Experience Necessary training provided!
