We are dedicated to maintaining high standards of property care and operational excellence across our communities. Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our residential properties by performing repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance on a variety of mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, and appliance systems. Your expertise will help create safe, comfortable living environments for our residents while supporting the overall efficiency of our property operations. Duties Perform routine and emergency repairs on appliances, HVAC systems, and mechanical systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely Conduct appliance installation, troubleshooting, and repair. Perform preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan Assist with maintaining accurate maintenance records, work orders, and service logs to track repairs and inspections Experience Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in residential setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience. Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair. Pay:
From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
