Mandatory when required Maintenance Technician Requirements Five or more years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Two years of vocational training in industrial maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical maintenance skills. Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, production equipment, and building systems. Welding, cutting, light machining, and fabrication experience. Ability to use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, welders, lathes, drill presses, and grinders. Ability to read technical procedures, drawings, diagrams, equipment manuals, and specifications. Knowledge of LOTO, JSA, and safe maintenance procedures. Basic computer and CMMS skills. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills. About the Maintenance Technician Role Crown Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a full-time, second-shift opportunity in Shelbyville, KY. This position maintains industrial machinery, production equipment, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and building systems. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment problems. Fabricate or repair parts using welding and metalworking equipment. Repair production equipment, tooling, dies, and jigs. Document completed maintenance, repairs, parts, and materials in the CMMS. Order replacement parts and supplies as needed. Support equipment installations, project launches, and engineering changes.
