Full-Time Schedule Information Monday-Friday 4:00 PM-12:30 AM Maintenance Technician Requirements At least five years of industrial maintenance experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment Two years of vocational training in an industrial maintenance discipline Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical maintenance skills Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and building systems Welding, cutting, light machining, and precision measuring experience Ability to use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, lathes, drill presses, grinders, and welding equipment Ability to read technical drawings, diagrams, manuals, and equipment specifications Basic computer skills, including experience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Ability to safely operate aerial lifts and forklifts Knowledge of lockout/tagout (LOTO) and job safety analysis (JSA) procedures Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and assist with the installation of industrial process machinery. Respond to equipment breakdowns and diagnose malfunctions through inspection and testing. Maintain production equipment and mechanical and electrical building systems. Clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery to support reliable operation. Use metalworking tools and equipment to fabricate or repair parts, equipment, dies, and jigs. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on tooling, equipment, and facility systems. Follow LOTO, JSA, and other required safety procedures. Record repairs, maintenance work, parts, and materials in the CMMS. Request replacement parts and support new project launches and engineering changes as directed.
