Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and building systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs. Maintain and repair building structures, fixtures, and equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment for events or special projects as needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to management. Qualifications Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
