Job Description
- Be a kind and welcoming face and voice when greeting clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic both in person and on the phone.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the reception area
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist with filling out forms and paperwork for new patients
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient service
- Provide basic information to clients regarding pet care appointments.
- Perform invoicing tasks including payment and receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary clinic or animal-related setting preferred but will train.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their pets
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Prefer proficient in computer systems and software, including appointment scheduling programs Apply online on in person.
