Lumber Yard Associate — $14.00/Hour | Full-time temporary position with potential for permanent hire Lofton Staffing is seeking a Lumber Yard Associate in Abita Springs, LA. This hands-on position offers consistent hours, outdoor work, and the opportunity for permanent employment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday:

7:00 AM-5:00 PM Every other

Saturday:

7:00 AM-12:00 PM What You'll Do Build and prepare lumber loads for customer delivery and pickup Load and unload freight with efficiency and care Maintain a safe, organized, and clean lumber yard environment Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals Perform additional duties as needed to support operations What We're Looking For Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic with a self-starter mentality Excellent communication skills with customers and team members Dependable, responsible, and team-oriented Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, and moving lumber and other materials. Must be able to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as part of regular job duties. Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions. #
