Job Description
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance work related to the upkeep and repair of buildings and grounds.
- Receive freight and store supplies.
- Assist in Emergency Preparedness and Response Activities.
- Set up office and meeting rooms.
- Performs semi-skilled maintenance work to assist with the skilled repair of electrical, HVAC, utilities, and mechanical systems; performs painting, plumbing, carpentry, plastering, and electrical work that does not require a licensed technician; assists in the reconditioning of tools and mechanical equipment; cuts sheet metal, installs insulation, pulls, cuts and splices wires, and lubricates machinery, and performs related tasks
