St. Helena Parish Hospital is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech. Full Time position. Perform a variety of tasks on building and grounds such as mowing lawns, patching and painting rooms, in hospital and nursing home, collecting and disposing of garbage and rubbish, replacing light bulbs, helping skilled workers by carrying tools, and equipment and materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Apt in the use of various hand tools is preferred. Ability to speak, read, and follow simple rules and oral directions. Willingness to perform simple manual tasks on a continual basis. Some initiative and judgement is involved in providing assistance wherever required. Ability to perform routine standardized tasks and follow instructions with out supervision.
