Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of our facilities and equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing mechanical and electrical systems, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. Your expertise in appliance repair, HVAC systems, refrigeration, and mechanical systems will be vital in supporting our operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting while providing exceptional service to internal teams and customers alike. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, kitchen appliances, and other facility machinery. Troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals. Install, maintain, and repair appliances such as refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, air conditioning systems, and other mechanical devices. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and manuals to diagnose issues accurately. Perform repairs on mechanical systems including HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) units to ensure optimal performance. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and inspections completed. Support maintenance operations by collaborating with team members to prioritize tasks efficiently and ensure safety compliance. Experience Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair and mechanical systems repair. Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment maintenance, and appliance installation. Familiarity with schematics, technical diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures for complex mechanical or electrical systems. Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology along with experience working with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO). Ability to operate construction tools or equipment related to building or infrastructure maintenance is a plus. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. Prior experience in construction or related fields that involve mechanical knowledge is advantageous. Join us in maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency!
