Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC & appliance technology, including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and kitchen equipment. Install new appliances and mechanical systems following schematics and technical specifications. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures using detailed schematics and technical manuals. Conduct repairs on various mechanical systems, including HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) units, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks across multiple sites. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in maintenance management systems. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC & appliance technology for troubleshooting and repairs. Hands-on experience with appliance installation and kitchen equipment maintenance. Familiarity with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices within a commercial or industrial setting. Mechanical knowledge covering construction experience and mechanical systems repair is highly desirable. Ability to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
