This is an important role within our operations. The person in this position will help ensure our technicians, employees, and customers walk into a clean, safe, organized, and professional environment every day. This is not simply a cleaning position; it is a hands-on facility-support role for someone who notices details, takes pride in their work, and does not need to be constantly directed.

What you will do:

Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the repair shop, service drive, customer areas, restrooms, breakroom, entrances, and common areas. Perform routine sweeping, trash removal, floor care, dusting, glass cleaning, supply restocking, and general organization. Complete daily facility walkthroughs and address cleanliness, safety, and presentation issues throughout the day. Keep shop bays, shared work areas, walkways, doors, counters, and customer-facing spaces clean and organized. Assist with paint touch-up, minor repairs, basic handyman work, signage, lighting, facility improvements, and special projects. Identify and report facility-maintenance issues before they become larger problems. Assist with vendor visits, deep-clean projects, pressure washing, pest control, seasonal cleanup, and dealership events.

What we are looking for:

Reliable attendance and a professional appearance and demeanor. Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently. A person who takes pride in keeping a facility clean, organized, and customer-ready. Basic handyman or maintenance skills are strongly preferred. Comfortable working in an active automotive repair-shop environment. Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and work around cleaning supplies and shop equipment. Valid driver's license preferred.

Pay:
