This is not a position for someone who wants to simply wait on the next ticket. We are looking for a high performer who enjoys a fast pace, takes pride in accuracy, understands the importance of urgency, and wants to make a real impact on the success of our service, retail, wholesale, and internal operations. The right person will be a key partner to our technicians and service advisors—helping keep repairs moving, identifying parts correctly, protecting inventory, and delivering the level of service our customers expect. What You'll Own You will handle approximately 750-1,000 repair orders and sales orders combined each month . That requires someone who can stay organized, communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, and follow through from the initial request to final delivery, invoicing, return, or special-order follow-up.
