Facilities Maintenance Technician (Residential) Daley and Associates - 4.4 Brookline, MA Job Details $35 - $42 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Facilities Maintenance Technician (Residential) Our Client, a well-established real estate company supporting multiple Boston-area properties, is looking for a Residential Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and hands-on work. This position will pay between $35-$42/hr plus OT depending on experience and fit. What You'll Do Perform general building maintenance and repairs Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical issues Inspect buildings, grounds, and common areas Coordinate and oversee vendors and contractors Support snow/ice removal, cleaning, and property upkeep What We're Looking For 2-5+ years of building maintenance/facilities experience Strong hands-on repair skills Excellent communication and customer service Ability to work independently across multiple properties Reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout Boston Ability to lift up to 80 lbs Interested parties, please send your resume to Martin Metz at and/or contact him at 617.832.2048 #LI-MM1 IND123
