Job Description
Job Description The Maintenance Technician at The Newbury of Brookline is responsible for the upkeep of the community through the repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and support equipment.
Pay:
$25.50-$26/hr + $400 sign-on bonus!!Availability:
Full-Time with 1 weekend day | 3pm-11pm shift- Indoor/Outdoor Painting Experience Preferred
- What will I do every day? Diagnose and repair problems in such areas as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware
