Center Communities of Brookline I. Position Summary The Maintenance technician provides a variety of standard and skilled tasks in the maintenance and repair of grounds and facilities. Maintain building and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion. Maintain and repair functions of the center as determined by the maintenance director/supervisor. II. Core Competencies Deliver excellent customer service to tenants. Respond to work order in a timely manner. Maintain excellent documentation/communication regarding status of work orders. Maintain building and grounds is clean, safe and repairs are completed in a professional manner. III. Position Responsibilities Work closely with and follows directions from the maintenance director/supervisor. Take care of tools and equipment; reporting any tools found to be unsafe or broken immediately to director/supervisor.- Perform all tasks generated by the work order system and document all work performed as required.
- Remain on call, (once every six weeks), for 24 hours a day during the call period.
- Renovate apartments and ensure work is completed on time.
