•This is a Full-time Contract Position

•With limited supervision, responsible for performing complex and varied maintenance tasks requiring a high degree of technical skill and judgment. The Facilities Maintenance Mechanic III collaborates closely with multiple departments to optimize facility operations. Duties and Responsibilities The statements below describe the essential duties of the person or persons assigned to this job. They are not intended as an exhaustive list of all job duties and responsibilities.

Lead projects involving repair, installation, and alteration of building and production infrastructure.

Maintain up-to-date safety and Emergency Response certifications and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.

Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Level I and II mechanics.

Recommend and implement improvements that enhance equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.

Review blueprints and technical documentation to plan repair and maintenance tasks.

Execute corrective and preventive maintenance on complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and semiconductor-related equipment systems. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of liaising across teams.

Skilled in interpreting complex technical drawings and documents.

Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Advanced skills in multiple trades including HVAC, water purification, chemical distribution, and waste treatment systems.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure)

High School Diploma or equivalent
