I'm the owner and I'm still in the field every day, so you'd be working directly with me, not a dispatcher reading a script. No garage door experience required. If you've worked construction, carpentry, or any trade and know your way around tools, I'll train you. If you're an experienced door guy coming from one of the big shops, even better, and the pay reflects that.

What the job looks like:

installs, repairs, spring and opener replacements. Based out of Chelmsford with jobs across MA. Schedule is 35-45 hours a week. Our service window is 8am-8pm but most days run a normal 9-5. Pay is $19-35/hr depending on experience, plus commission on completed jobs. This is a W-2 position, not a 1099 gig. Pay structure is clear and in writing from day one. Company van and tools provided once you're running jobs.
