Job Summary Premiere Staffing Services Inc. is partnering with a well-established boxing manufacturing company in Chicopee to hire an experienced Maintenance Technician. We are looking for someone with strong mechanical skills who can keep production equipment running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing machinery during production Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic electronic issues Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) on machines, including lubrication, inspections, and part replacements Ensure machinery meets safety and quality standards Load materials and maintain consistent machine performance Document maintenance and communicate equipment issues to supervisors Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience working on, fixing, and PM'ing factory or industrial machinery Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose issues quickly Basic knowledge of electrical components and machine repair Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused

Schedule:

6am-2:20pm/4pm Full-time, steady schedule Overtime may be available depending on production needs

Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
