Job Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing repairs to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Some Duties :

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and teamwork. Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

General Requirements:

Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools. Valid Driver's License, own tools and transportation. Five years in building maintenance. Prolonged periods standing and walking. Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend or crawl into awkward spaces. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

Employees are also eligible to start the plan and contribute through payroll deductions after 30 days on the job.
