In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing for a 164 elderly housing community, ensuring safety standards are met, and supporting continuous production. Your hands-on skills and problem-solving mindset will contribute directly to our commitment to quality and operational excellence. Pay will be determined upon your expertise Duties Painting Troubleshoot and repair Turning of units Knowledge of running power tools. Such as a buffer machine that is used to strip the floors, saws, lawn mowers, snow blowers and hand-held tools. 80% of the job is turning units, there will be days you will not see the apartment due to contractors can not be in apartments alone. Light knowledge of plumbing and electrical. Knowledge of Snow removal is done in house by maintenance staff Work with the Maintenance lead to make sure items are being done in a timely fashion Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with team members and supporting operational needs promptly Cleaning Requirements Proven experience maintenance within a similar environment. Painting experience Apartment Maintenance Light electrical and plumbing skills.such as changing a faucet an outlet. Ability to operate equipment such as snowblowers small hand tools. Willingness to support part-time schedules; flexibility is a plus. Knowledge of snow plowing a plus! VALID License and good driving record

Good Background Check Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
