This is a direct hire opportunity with benefits. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, Support the team with the maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and machinery. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. Develop and implement KPI to track the progress of maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. Help troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to ensure continuous production. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes. Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and production. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and machinery. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Proven leadership and team management abilities.
