We currently have two immediate openings and are looking for experienced multifamily/property maintenance professionals who want a steady, long-term opportunity.

Pay:

$29

ASAP Maintenance Technician

  • $29/Hour Seeking an experienced, hands-on technician who can independently handle everyday apartment and property maintenance.
Responsibilities include:

Completing daily work orders and general repairs Apartment turns and make-ready work Basic plumbing and electrical repairs Painting, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance Troubleshooting maintenance issues Preventative maintenance Working independently and communicating with the onsite team Lead Maintenance Technician

  • $33/Hour Looking for a more experienced, senior-level technician who is still hands-on but can also take ownership of maintenance operations and provide guidance to other technicians.
Responsibilities include:

Independently troubleshooting more complex maintenance issues Completing and overseeing work orders and repairs Providing guidance and training to other maintenance technicians Coordinating and communicating with outside vendors Assisting with prioritizing maintenance needs Handling general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, painting, drywall, and make-ready work Taking ownership of maintenance issues through completion Requirements Previous apartment/property maintenance experience required Strong troubleshooting and general repair skills Must have your own basic hand tools Reliable, insured vehicle required Clean driving record required Must be able to pass a background check Dependable and comfortable working independently Strong communication skills Lead candidates should have previous leadership, mentoring, vendor coordination, or senior-level maintenance experience Must be interested in a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent Ready to get started?
