• Troubleshoot and repair extrusion and manufacturing equipment
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Manage work orders and maintenance schedules within CMMS
• Order replacement parts and coordinate with vendors as needed
• Support production uptime and reduce equipment downtime
• Escalate complex controls and PLC issues when necessary
• Mentor and develop junior maintenance technicians
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with AC/DC motors, drives, and power distribution
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings
• Experience performing preventive and reactive maintenance
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Arc Flash, and industrial safety procedures
• Experience with electrical test equipment (voltmeter, ammeter, ohm meter, megger)
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production equipment
