Duties Implement evidence-based ABA therapy protocols tailored to each client's care plan, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in treatment delivery Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, feeding, and toileting, promoting independence and skill development Collect accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform ongoing treatment adjustments Support clients in managing behaviors through positive reinforcement strategies aligned with ethical guidelines and the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts Communicate regularly with clients' families, caregivers, and team members to provide updates on progress and collaborate on care strategies Maintain detailed medical documentation, including progress notes, behavior logs, and other records compliant with HIPAA regulations Participate in training sessions on implementing ABA therapy protocols, medical terminology, and behavior management techniques to enhance your professional skills Qualifications Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and data collection methods Ability to assist with ADLs and support behavioral health interventions effectively Strong communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement Familiarity with medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology preferred Home-based behavioral experience or school experience is required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Commitment to ethical practice standards and ongoing professional development in behavior analysis Embark on a fulfilling career path where your dedication directly impacts lives!
