Eligibility for benefits may vary by location and is determined by employment status Job Summary Performs routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility. Responsibilities Performs routine maintenance tasks across the facility. Responds to hot/cold service calls. Handles basic repairs, including lighting changes, minor equipment fixes, plumbing issues, and ceiling tile replacement. Conducts minor window and roof repairs and performs daily facility rounds to ensure a safe environment. Assists other trades when additional support is needed. Performs related duties as required

Qualifications Required Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Education:

2 years experience with a contractor or work in another type of trade.

Preferred Education:
