What You'll Be Doing This role offers a strong mix of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement-focused projects: 50% Preventative Maintenance Perform scheduled maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment to maximize uptime and reliability. 30% Troubleshooting & Repairs Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore operations efficiently. 20% Continuous Improvement Projects Support equipment upgrades and reliability improvements. Assist with projects aimed at increasing productivity and reducing downtime. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment Work with 480V electrical systems and 3-phase motors Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings Repair and maintain conveyors, production equipment, and facility systems Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives Complete light facility maintenance as needed Accurately document maintenance work and repairs performed Independently prioritize and complete daily maintenance activities What We Offer Competitive pay: $27.00
