We are hiring a skilled and reliable Commercial Door & Glass Technician to support service and installation work throughout the Baltimore region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work, problem-solving, and working independently in the field.

What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot and repair commercial door systems, including both mechanical and basic electrical components Service pedestrian doors, including adjustments, part replacements, and general repairs Assist with installation of hollow metal doors and frames (training provided) Install and maintain automatic sliding and swinging door systems Replace and install storefront and commercial glass as needed Work with door hardware such as hinges, closers, locks, and exit devices Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service calls, including occasional emergency or after-hours work Handle a variety of materials including aluminum, steel, and wood doors

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently Experience in commercial doors, glass installation, or related technical fields is a plus (not required) Background in low-voltage systems, construction, or maintenance is helpful Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused We are a growing commercial door and glass service provider known for quality workmanship, training, and long-term career development.
