Job Overview:

We are seeking a candidate that has strong general maintenance and organizational skills inclusive of electric, plumbing, painting, and general property maintenance. This is not an entry level/labor position. If you do not have hand skills please do not apply. Within this position you will be expected to interact with team members and customers in a professional manner. You will perform the spectrum of repair and maintenance work from trouble shooting and repairing rental uni issues, to mowing grass to power washing to shoveling snow - we do it all. Qualifications:

The successful applicant must have dependable transportation - no exception. Experience and working knowledge of general property management and residential repair is an absolute must.
